Research Administration and Compliance

OGC attorneys provide a variety of legal advice and support in connection with research administration and compliance. Working in conjunction with The Office of the Vice President for Research, Research Administration Services, and the Office of Strategic Transactions and Technologies, OGC attorneys help ensure compliance with laws, Institute policies and guidelines in the performance of academic research.  Areas of practice include sponsored research, industry collaboration, material transfer agreements, export control and conflicts of interest.
