Environment, Health and Safety

OGC attorneys provide advice to MIT on environment, health and safety matters, primarily in conjunction with the Institute’s EHS Office, the MIT Police and the Security and Emergency Management Office. OGC attorneys assist with permitting issues, emergency planning and response, compliance with environmental laws and regulations, OSHA issues and environmental litigation.
