OGC Attorneys Claire Schneider and Anthony Moriello promoted to Counsel

The Office of the General Counsel is excited to announce that as of September 1, 2021 OGC attorneys Claire Schneider and Anthony Moriello have been promoted from Associate Counsel to Counsel.

Both Claire and Anthony joined the OGC in September 2018, each from prominent Boston law firms. Claire received her J.D. from Boston University. Her practice at MIT is focused on intellectual property and sponsored research. Anthony’s work at MIT is focused on employment, student issues, and litigation. He received his J.D from Georgetown University. Both Claire and Anthony have quickly become trusted advisors to departments, labs, and centers across the Institute, offering thoughtful and practical advice to help support MIT’s goals.
