Jessica Gadson

Jessica Gadson joined MIT as Executive Assistant to Vice President and General Counsel Mark DiVincenzo in September 2025.  She brings more than a decade of experience in leadership support, operations, administration, and organizational management across higher education and biomedical research.

Before joining MIT, Ms. Gadson served as the Manager of Administration for the Cancer Program at The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard for 5 years, overseeing complex budgets, planning high-profile scientific retreats, and cross-functional operations. She also worked at Harvard University and Oracle Corporation supporting administrative and operations programs and initiatives.

Jessica holds an A.L.M. in Legal Studies from Harvard University Extension School, an M.B.A. from Charleston Southern University, and a B.S. in Marketing from Claflin University.
