Legal Assistant

Ann Polce joined MIT in August 2021 as a Legal Assistant in the Office of General Counsel, bringing more than four decades of experience in the legal industry. Ann supports Deputy General Counsel Dahlia Fetouh, and OGC lawyers Genevieve Aguilar, Anthony Moriello, Allison Romantz, and Jay Wilcoxson. Over the course of her career, she has supported attorneys in fast-paced, detail-driven environments, earning a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach. At MIT, she plays an essential role in keeping legal procedures running smoothly – from managing complex schedules and documentation to facilitating communication across the office. Her longstanding dedication to the field reflects a commitment to integrity, precision, and service at the highest level.
